If you are able to verify your plan has out of network benefits, you will be provided with a super bill that you will be responsible for submitting  to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

As part of the business structure,  Haley always has room for several pro-bono and reduced fee slots in her caseload. If you are interested in services at a reduced rate, please mention that in your contact form and Haley will get back to you about the availability of those slots.
