Anoka Office: 229 Jackson Street, St 120, Anoka MN, 55303
About the space: What is the office like?
The office we will meet at is nestled in down town Anoka. Only a hop, skip and a jump from the river, as well as excellent coffee shops and restaurants in case you need a snack before or after therapy! You can expect to have access to coffee, tea, and water when you come to the office as well as free parking in the lot attached to the building.
Within our office suite we are lucky enough to be neighbors with Morgan Messer, LMFT and owner of her practice, "Redefining Fuerza". If you'd like to read more about Morgan's special skills as a therapist, click on the button below!

About the Space:
Where will we meet for our sessions on the Stillwater side of town?
The question of "where will we meet" is a very important one to ask! In creating meeting spaces for sessions, I bring a lot of intention into choosing and creating environments.
Your first time at this office, you can expect a full tour of the property before being guided to our cozy space. Here, you will have access to art supplies, fidgets, essential oils and of course our neighboring horse friends right outside the door. There is full access to restrooms and water on site.
One of the best parts about this space is that it's a non-traditional office space. My space is lived in, loved, and sometimes has some dirt on it. Sometimes you might get a message from me on the day of your appointment telling you to wear your good boots, or certain weather appropriate clothing so we can be best prepared for any and all adventures!
There are a few trails on site, and we have the option to have our sessions outdoors while walking the horse paddocks, or trails nearby. Weather permitting of course! Minnesota loves to give us surprises in every season.
If we are meeting virtually, we can meet wherever you have a strong enough internet connection to hold video and audio clarity, along with some privacy.
Even though virtual therapy can happen anywhere, I believe it is important to still set an intentional, private space for sessions. That could mean your favorite place to sit under a tree in your yard, a desk, or even your bed! You will receive an additional document before your first virtual with additional information about any technology you might need to seamlessly guide you to your first virtual session.
A good place to start is downloading the free "Simple Practice Telehealth" application from your app store. Try it by clicking the button below!

When you drive in you'll see two blue buildings, then this giant barn! You will park near the barn, and I will meet you outside (where the red circle is) to give you a tour of the property in the beginning of your first session.

The couch has received it's official stamp of approval from Trixie, so you know it's gotta be a pretty comfy couch set up!
